Summerset is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy  People & Culture (P&C) Systems Administrator  to manage and improve our suite of P&C platforms. 

About the role 

  • Oversee and maintain core HR systems including HRIS, payroll, time and attendance, learning, and recruitment platforms. 
  • Drive process improvements and system enhancements. 
  • Provide technical support and training to users. 
  • Deliver insightful data reporting and analytics. 
  • Collaborate with IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration. 

What you’ll bring: 

  • Experience with HRIS and/or Time and Attendance systems (ideally, TechnologyOne or Optima). 
  • Strong data and reporting skills (Excel, SQL). 
  • A background in HR, IT, or Business (Bachelor’s degree preferred). 
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. 
  • An understanding of how to interpret Australian Modern Awards (Aged Care and Nurses) would be hugely beneficial
