At Summerset, we do it all. As the developer, designer and the main contractor, we design, tender, build, and operate under a unique end-to-end business model.

We work in a collaborative environment where you can see projects right from the beginning of construction to when the first residents move in. Here at Summerset we aren't just constructing buildings but entire communities that make our residents feel right at home.

Our projects

Summerset projects are split into two ypologies, regional and metropolitan builds.

Regional

Our standard regional village consists of a 9000m2, 3 level concrete and steel main building. The Regional Main Building (RMB) includes a memory care centre, rest home and hospital level care as well as recreational facilities such as a pool, gym, cinema and café.

Metro

Our metro builds are bespoke, high-density, vertical projects. This includes for example, 7 apartment buildings of varying levels (from 3-7 levels) and a 2-level basement carpark with a total coverage of 10,500m2. The structures include a main building housing recreational and common areas and other buildings include care facilities and independent apartment living.
