Role Overview:  

We are seeking a dedicated P&C Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our P&C systems. This role is crucial in supporting our P&C team by ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and compliance with legal and organizational standards. Experience with TechnoloyOne HRIS is preferred.  

You will collaborate with IT, vendors, and P&C stakeholders to enhance system functionalities and improve overall service delivery.

This is a 6-month fixed term contract based in Wellington.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of all P&C systems, including HRIS, recruitment, performance management, learning management, payroll, and more.
  • Perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Lead system upgrades, configurations, and enhancements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for P&C system issues.
  • Generate and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
  • Train P&C team members and other stakeholders on system features and best practices.
  • Liaise with external vendors and internal teams for system maintenance and integration.

What you will need

  • Experience with TechnologyOne HRIS and Payroll
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience administering HR systems (HRIS, payroll systems, learning management systems, etc.).
  • Proficiency in report generation and data analytics using system reporting tools and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of system integration, data management, and data privacy regulations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
