Are you passionate about coordinating multiple moving parts, high pace environments and getting into the details?  We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support the planning and implementation of commissioning activities across our Australian operations. 

This is a 16 month contract.  

In this role, you’ll: 

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk registers. 
  • Track milestones, identify and address project challenges, ensuring projects remain on track and meet objectives. 
  • Support project planning, new supplier establishment, stakeholder engagement, and risk management 
  • Contribute to the review, adaptation and development of Australian resources such as policies, processes and/or guides 
  • Support the development of tools, templates, and guidance to support readiness assessments. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams, service providers, and government agencies 
  • Contribute to compliance with aged care reforms and quality standards 

What you bring: 

  • Experience in project coordination, preferably in aged care or clinical settings 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent documentation skills
