Job Description:

We are looking for an exceptional Village Assistant to join our  Milldale  Village until January 2026.

In this sole-charge, overnight role, you will ensure the safety and security of the village and be ready to respond to any medical or emergency incidents that may arise.

You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all Village related matters whilst on duty and more importantly providing a visible, reassuring presence overnight and ensuring our residents feel safe and supported while the village sleeps.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring village security and respond to any unusual activity
  • Providing a calm, professional first response to medical emergencies
