Our journey to Australia

Summerset has been a trusted name in retirement living since 1997, with over 3,000 employees supporting more than 8,400 residents across 38 villages in New Zealand. In 2024, we proudly welcomed our first Australian residents to Summerset Cranbourne North, marking a significant milestone in our expansion into Victoria.


With seven sites across the state and the capacity to build approximately 2,100 homes, our growth in Australia is well underway. As we continue to develop vibrant communities, we're excited to offer rewarding career opportunities for individuals passionate about making a difference in the lives of our residents.
