As the Office Manager at Summerset in the Bay, I’ve spent the past 10 years building strong professional relationships with my team and warm, meaningful connections with residents and their families.

My role places me at the heart of daily operations—no two days are ever the same. I balance resident requests, manage accounts payable and receivable, support both Village and Care teams, and liaise with external care providers to ensure smooth coordination.

A highlight of my journey has been receiving the Office Manager of the Year award twice—an honour that reflects both my commitment to excellence and the support of an incredible team.
