Roxy was in retail for over 10 years before joining a catering company working at the Palmerston North Arena. The catering company was hired by Summerset, and she was offered a role at Summerset as a Kitchen Assistant.

Roxy is currently doing the NZ Chef Apprenticeship and filling in as a Cook when she’s needed, taking opportunities to develop her skills. “I love the variety in my role and have an amazing and supportive management team. I also really enjoy creating delicious food for residents.”
