Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and creative Activities Coordinator to join our Aotea village. Ideally you will have experience in events, hospitality or aged care, but more important to us will be your genuine care of people from all walks of life.

This permanent role working 40hrs Monday - Friday + occasional events.

Qualifications:
About you:
- LCQ qualification (or prepared to undertake training)
- A current driver license
- Alcohol Managers Certificate
- Positive “can-do” attitude that results in a harmonious relationship for staff and residents
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to convey an idea and inspire enthusiasm and interest
- A genuine interest in working with older people and a positive attitude to ageing
- Good written communication skills that target the audience and medium appropriately
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Computer literacy with using Microsoft Outlook (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
- Current first aid certificate
