Company Description:

At Summerset, from the moment we start developing a village to when our residents call it home, it’s the passion and dedication of our people that brings our villages to life. We are one team, united by being part of something bigger – to bring the best of life to our residents.

About the Role

As an AI Scripting Analyst, you will play a key role in enabling Summerset’s intelligent use of AI, automation and data across the organisation. Sitting within our Intelligence & Applications team in Group Digital Services, you’ll design, develop and maintain AI‑driven scripts, workflows and integrations that deliver practical, real‑world value.

Working closely with digital, data and operational teams, you’ll translate business needs into effective AI solutions—improving efficiency, enabling insight, and supporting safe, scalable adoption of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI Services.

This is a hands‑on role for someone passionate about using AI and automation to solve meaningful business problems and uplift organisational capability.

Your Day‑to‑Day Will Include:

  • Designing, developing and maintaining AI‑assisted scripts, automation workflows and intelligent process solutions across village, care, corporate and construction environments.
  • Building and iterating prompt engineering frameworks, AI agent configurations and scripted workflows using large language model (LLM) platforms.
  • Developing reusable scripting libraries and automation components to support consistent, scalable AI solutions.
  • Work closely with business process owners to understand requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions.
  • Supporting the operation and continuous improvement of enterprise AI platforms including Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services and approved AI tooling.
  • Building and maintaining integrations between AI platforms, Microsoft 365, enterprise applications and data platforms using APIs, Power Platform, Python, PowerShell and other scripting tools.
  • Monitoring AI solution performance and usage, identifying opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency and adoption.
  • Supporting AI‑enabled data pipelines, reporting workflows and insight generation in partnership with data and analytics teams.
  • Ensure all AI solutions comply with data governance, privacy and security obligations.
  • Researching emerging AI tools and automation frameworks and contributing to communities of practice to uplift AI capability across the organisation.
  • Providing guidance, documentation and enablement to support teams adopting AI safely and confidently.

About You

You’re curious, analytical and solutions‑focused, with a strong interest in practical AI and automation. You enjoy working closely with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders and are motivated by delivering solutions that genuinely improve how people work.

You bring hands‑on experience delivering AI automation and agent solutions in enterprise environments and can confidently advise what needs to be enabled within Microsoft to do this safely and at scale.

You’re comfortable working autonomously, engaging with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, and operating in a fast‑moving AI landscape while maintaining strong governance and quality standards.

You’ll Also Bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in scripting, automation or software development.
  • Proven experience delivering AI automation or agent solutions in production enterprise environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft AI technologies including Azure AI Services and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Strong experience with APIs, Power Platform, Python and PowerShell.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing governance, privacy and compliance controls for AI solutions in sensitive business contexts.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working within enterprise IT environments with security controls and approval processes.
  • Proactive, curious and outcomes‑focused mindset.
