Job Description:
As a Caregiver at our Boulcott Village you will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality, resident-directed care for people living with dementia. Our secure, specialist environment supports safety while promoting a fulfilling and enjoyable lifestyle, with each resident’s quality of life at the heart of everything we do. Our care is resident-directed—meaning we tailor care and support to each individual’s preferences, values, and needs.
Typical duties include:
- Delivering meals and helping with mealtimes
- Aiding with hygiene, such as showering
- Assisting with Individual care plan requirements, such as walks and exercises
- Helping with activities, such as puzzles, table tennis etc
The shift pattern and hours for this role entails working on a 3 on 3 off roster 4pm - 8pm

Qualifications:
You will naturally be empathetic, kind and patient, and thrive in a role where your compassion and care make a difference to people’s lives.
You’ll bring with you:
- Experience in aged care and dementia.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Commitment to a rotational roster across morning, afternoon and night shifts
