Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to join our care team as a Clinical Nurse Lead at Summerset in the Bay. Reporting to the Care Centre Manager, this role will help to provide leadership, support and clinical guidance to our incredible Care Centre team.
This is a full time time offering 40 hours per week from Monday - Friday, with the occasion to be on call when required.
Role responsibilities:
- Assist in providing clinical guidance, day to day direction, and leadership to the Care Centre team
- Working closely with Care Centre Manager to help support safe operation of the care team.
- Active involvement with the Summerset quality management programme
Qualifications:
Who are we looking for?
- A Registered Nurse with recognised expertise in the provision of clinical oversight
- A Team Player who is passionate to support, train and develop the Caregiving team
- A Skilled Communicator who has effective relationships building abilities
- An InterRAI trained Nurse who can complete and oversee clinical assessments and care planning
