About the role
We are looking for an exceptional Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team and partner with the Sales and Marketing business units.
Our finance team is dedicated to providing support to the business to ensure we continue to perform at a level required by our residents and shareholders. You are guaranteed to be kept on your toes. You will need to use your initiative, be comfortable shifting gear if priorities change, and be tech savvy and familiarity with Technology One (our Finance system), IBM Analytics TM1, and Power BI. As a fast-growing organisation there's always a focus on continuous improvements and we count on you to help us on this journey.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Maintaining strong relationships with the Sales and Marketing team
- Help drive and influence financial results across the Sales and Marketing business units.
- Preparing monthly forecasts
- Support the business with strategic and financial analysis.
- Provide ad hoc management accounting services through a business partnering model.
- Work with a range of managers across the business.
- Deliver both strategic and day-to-day advice to inform decision-making and add value to the business.
- Identifying process improvements and contributing to our continuous improvement program using technologies such as IBM Analytics TM1 and/or Copilot
About you:
You’re confident partnering with both financial and non-financial stakeholders, using your excellent interpersonal skills to communicate complex information clearly.
You’ll also bring:
- CA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent qualified
- 3 - 4 years' post CA (or equivalent) experience
- Experience in Sales/Revenue Reporting
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels with both financial and non-financial managers
- Experience in a Commercial environment
- Proven technical ability including advanced excel skills
- A basic understanding of cost accounting principles
- Dashboarding, scorecarding and budgeting experience
- Self-driven and results orientated
