With its stunning location and thoughtfully landscaped grounds, the outdoor spaces will be a true highlight – and we’re searching for a skilled and passionate Gardener to help bring them to life.

Job Description:

We’re looking for a hands-on and reliable Gardener to join our  Waikanae village  where you will be supporting the Property Manager with the day-to-day maintenance of the village gardens and outdoor areas.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in helping to create attractive landscapes, and values working in a community-focused environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain attractive, well‑kept gardens and outdoor areas.
  • Care for planting, pruning, bedding, and seasonal upkeep
  • Keep outdoor areas clean, tidy, and safe
  • Support a welcoming village environment for residents

This full-time role is worked Monday to Friday, with flexibility around start times

Qualifications:

You’ll bring your love and deep knowledge of gardening along with some proven experience to our team. You’ll have a genuine passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces and have a warm, friendly personality always happy to chat with our residents

You’ll be a team player who can also work independently, managing your time effectively. Being well-organised, efficient, and physically fit will help you thrive in this hands-on role.
