About the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to sit within the IT Service Desk team that delivers effective and efficient support to Summerset's Head Office and Villages.
In this role you will provide frontline technical support of Summerset's Windows desktop, application, mobile and telecommunication environments to Summerset staff including logging, diagnosing, and resolving Service desk incidents and requests.
About you:
- 2+ years practical experience working as a member of an IT Service desk team and Service Desk request handling.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD
- Knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365 online portal and Office suite
- Proven working knowledge of the setup and support of Mobile phones and tablets (iOS, Airwatch MDM).
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and driven with a positive "can do" attitude.
- Proven ability to deliver work accurately and on time.
- Proven experience at solving business and technical problems
