Job Description:
As the Office Manager at our Cambridge village, you’ll be the welcoming face of our community, building meaningful connections with residents, their families, and visitors alike.
Reporting to the Village Manager, you’ll play a key role in the Leadership Team, supporting our Village Manager, Care Centre Manager and Sales Manager and helping to shape the culture and direction of our growing village. With your blend of exceptional customer care and technical know‑how, you’ll also be responsible for:
- Providing efficient and timely administration, management support and document control to both the Village and Care Centre
- Delivering superb customer service at reception for a few hours each day to our visitors, residents, village management team, and staff
- Managing back‑office functions such as invoicing, outstanding debtors, purchase orders, staff files, newsletters, and diary management for the Village Manager
- Supporting our care centre with resident information, clinical files, temp agency staffing and reporting
- Ensuring the Village office is managed in a professional and friendly manner helping operate the smooth day to day running of the village
This a permanent position working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Qualifications:
As an experienced Office Manager, you will be no stranger to setting up the rhythms of a new office, ensuring policies, procedures and a seamlessly run office and front of house reception are humming.
About you:
- A customer service superstar with a strong administration background ideally in a sole charge Office Administration role
- Proven abilities in accounts/financial management, reconciliations, database management and providing administrative support to a management team
- Attention to detail, accuracy and time management
