Job Description:
We’re looking for a confident and experienced People Services Manager to lead our People Services team – a tight-knit group of 7 talented P&C Coordinators and Systems Administrators. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on making systems and processes hum – from onboarding and integration to HR self-service and reporting.
You’ll play a key leadership role in shaping how our people interact with P&C technology and support, creating consistent and efficient experiences across the employee lifecycle. You’ll bring a continuous improvement mindset, a hands-on leadership style, and a deep understanding of how great systems and support underpin a high-performing culture.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading, developing and inspiring a team of coordinators and systems experts
- Identifying and driving continuous process improvements that simplify and enhance the P&C experience
- Overseeing the configuration, integration and performance of key HR systems
- Managing service delivery for first-level P&C support, ensuring accuracy and care
- Delivering people data, insights and reporting to support decision-making
Qualifications:
With your proven HR leadership experience you'll be no stranger to the following attributes:
- Proven leadership experience in HR operations, systems or shared services
- A strong understanding of HRIS platforms and data reporting tools
- A passion for continuous improvement and a user-centred mindset
- The ability to juggle priorities and lead change with calm confidence
- Clear, collaborative communication skills – you’ll be working across all levels
- A keen eye for detail and a strong drive to get things running better, faster and smarter
