Job Description:
As a Personal Care Worker at our Cranbourne North village , you will work as part of a team that creates the safest, healthiest and most enjoyable lifestyle for our residents. This role is varied and centres around providing personal care and assistance to our resident’s daily lives.
What you will do:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents, supporting their daily living and wellbeing
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Work collaboratively with a diverse team to create a vibrant, safe, and welcoming community
- Support health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives in line with Summerset’s values
This is a casual position working on a as and when basis.

Qualifications:
You’ll bring with you:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability, or Home and Community) or willingness to achieve this with our support
- A genuine passion for working with older people
- Empathy, kindness, and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Great communication skills and emotional resilience
- Eligibility to work in Australia, pass a medical questionnaire and national police check. We are unable to provide sponsorship for theses roles
