Join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team as a Product Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in developing, launching, and managing product tools that support our business objectives.

What you’ll do :
- Be the advocate for our customers when it comes to product and marketing tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high-quality product tools such as Matterport tours, 3D models, photography, collateral and signage.
- Maintain oversight of development activities to ensure timely delivery of resources.
- Coordinate design updates, manage documentation, and support product launches.
- Coordinate, manage and document meetings internally and with suppliers.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in marketing materials and processes.
- Gather market and customer insights to inform product marketing strategies.
About you:
You’re a detail-oriented and creative marketing professional who thrives on collaboration and delivering exceptional product experiences.
What we’re looking for:
- A customer-centric mindset and a creative eye.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
- Inquisitive mindset to investigate the right outcomes for the business and customers.
- A degree in marketing, business, design, or related field (preferred but not essential).
- Experience in product management, ideally in real estate or construction.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (InDesign experience is a bonus).
