Join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team as a Product Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in developing, launching, and managing product tools that support our business objectives.

If you are a colour consultant, architect, new home consultant, work in construction & development or someone who loves managing projects and home designs. This could be the perfect opportunity for you! 

What you’ll do :

  • Be the advocate for our customers when it comes to product and marketing tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high-quality product tools such as Matterport tours, 3D models, photography, collateral and signage.
  • Maintain oversight of development activities to ensure timely delivery of resources.
  • Coordinate design updates, manage documentation, and support product launches.
  • Coordinate, manage and document meetings internally and with suppliers.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in marketing materials and processes.
  • Gather market and customer insights to inform product marketing strategies.

About you:

You’re a detail-oriented and creative marketing professional who thrives on collaboration and delivering exceptional product experiences.

What we’re looking for:

  • A customer-centric mindset and a creative eye.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Inquisitive mindset to investigate the right outcomes for the business and customers.
  • A degree in marketing, business, design, or related field (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience in product management, ideally in real estate or construction.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (InDesign experience is a bonus).
