Job Description:

As the Property Manager at our Boulcott Village you will work full time on a 40-hour week from Monday -Friday. You will be responsible for a small team who look after the ongoing compliance and manintenance of all property, grounds and other Village assets.

Typical duties include:

  • Day to day site management including repairs and maintenance
  • Coordination of refurbishments, contractors and ongoing projects
  • Property and asset planning
  • Working with our residents to listen to their concerns and feedback and ensuring we are creating great environments with the highest of standards

Qualifications:

You will naturally take pride in maintaining and developing beautiful gardens and facilities and love to share your ideas and passion with your team.

You’ll bring with you:

  • A relevant trade qualification and significant experience in a related area
  • A good understanding of complex building systems and regulatory compliance
  • Good computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft office
  • Proven success of leading teams to deliver great customer service
  • Great communication skills to aid you in building strong relationships across the residents and village teams.
