Job Description:
At Summerset, we’re proud to create welcoming, vibrant communities where residents feel truly at home. As our receptionist , you’ll play a key role in bringing that vision to life. You’ll be the friendly face that greets residents, families, and our teams each day—someone who is positive and approachable with a can-do attitude to every interaction.
Your day to day will include:

Providing outstanding front-desk service to residents, their families, visitors, and our teams

Ensuring the safety of our residents, and helping our teams and families with any incidents that may occur

Offering timely and efficient administrative and management support to both the Business Manager and wider village team

Maintaining accurate document control and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
This is a casual position working on a as and when needed basis.

Qualifications:
You’ll be the kind of person who thrives on helping others, keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes, and communicates effortlessly with people from all walks of life. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to support a dynamic management team, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll also bring:

A strong background in customer service and administration

Ideally experience supporting a management team with day-to-day operations

Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills

The ability to work independently and take initiative when needed

A calm and empathetic nature who is first to lend a hand to support our residence and teams with incidents like trips and falls, confusion or upset or just a soothing chat over a cup of tea.
