Job Description:
At Summerset, we’re proud to create welcoming, vibrant communities where residents feel truly at home. As our Receptionist , you’ll play a key role in bringing that vision to life. You’ll be the friendly face that greets residents, families, and staff each day—someone who is positive and approachable with a can-do attitude to every interaction.
Your day to day will include:

Providing outstanding front-desk service to residents, their families, visitors, and staff

Offering timely and efficient administrative and management support to both the Village and Care Centre teams

Maintaining accurate document control and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
We’re looking for two friendly and professional Receptionists to cover shifts across the following days:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am – 3:30pm
While the exact roster is yet to be confirmed, we’re open to hearing about your availability and preferences. Whether you're looking for weekday work, weekend shifts, or a mix of both – we’d love to chat!

Qualifications:
About You:
You’ll be the kind of person who thrives on helping others, keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes, and communicates effortlessly with people from all walks of life. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to support a dynamic management team, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll also bring:

A strong background in customer service and administration

Ideally experience supporting a management team with day-to-day operations

Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills

The ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
