About the role:
As our Senior Financial Systems Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of TechnologyOne and related financial modules and systems. You’ll ensure data integrity, deliver accurate reporting, and support business intelligence initiatives. A key part of your role will be managing API-based system integrations to ensure seamless data flow between internal and external systems.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Administer and maintain TechnologyOne modules (Financials, Asset Management, Supply Chain).
- Develop and maintain reports using DocOne, XLOne and Crystal Reports.
- Deliver dashboards and BI insights to support decision-making.
- Design and maintain secure API integrations with external systems like IPM and VCare.
- Support invoice automation workflows and expense management systems.
- Lead initiatives to automate financial processes and enhance system efficiency.
About you:
You’re a systems-focused finance professional with a strong grasp of TechnologyOne and financial data flows. You bring hands-on experience in API integrations, reporting tools, and automation platforms, and you thrive on improving processes and delivering insights.
You’ll also bring
- Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Accounting, or related field.
- 4+ years’ experience with TechnologyOne (Financials, Asset Management, Supply Chain).
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong interest in leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance processes, decision‑making, and business outcomes.
- Ability to adopt a wide range of IT skills, enabling effective support and innovation across diverse technologies and systems.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial data flows.
- Proven experience in API-based integrations and data exchange.
- Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools (DocOne, XLOne and Crystal Reports).
- Experience with ABBYY, UiPath, and Emburse Chrome River is a plus.
