About the Role

Summerset is seeking a Senior People & Culture Advisor  to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our people and culture across Australia.

This is a Part Time (up to 4 days a week), 12 month fixed term role. 

As a trusted advisor, you’ll partner with leaders to deliver our people plan, build leadership capability, and drive organisational development. You’ll bring clarity, consistency, and innovation to everything you do—whether it’s navigating complex employee relations, enhancing performance and reward frameworks, or supporting strategic workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to deliver strategic P&C advice and support.
  • Drive talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development.
  • Lead initiatives in recruitment, onboarding, and diversity & inclusion.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases and support change management.
  • Champion performance and reward programs aligned with business goals.
  • Analyse P&C data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Support organisational development and embed Summerset’s values and culture.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years in a generalist P&C role, with exposure to specialist disciplines.
  • Strong experience in employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A passion for continuous learning and innovation in HR practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
