About the role: 

As a Senior P&C Advisor, you’ll be a trusted partner to our leaders, providing advice across the full spectrum of HR disciplines. You’ll be part of a team that’s got your back, celebrates wins, learns from challenges, and genuinely enjoys working side by side to create something great. 

Your day-to-day will include:  

  • Providing fair, consistent, and strategic ER advice to leaders, supporting them in managing complex employee relations matters. 
  • Building leadership capability and driving strategic workforce planning. 
  • Supporting organisational change initiatives and embedding our culture, values, and EVP. 
  • Partnering with the business, understanding the challenges and opportunities within your portfolio, and using engagement, turnover, recruitment and other key data to drive insights and support decision making.  
  • Utilising systems to drive ongoing improvements across all processes. 
  • Leading performance and remuneration processes for your portfolio. 

About You: 

You’ll be a generalist Senior P&C Advisor with experience and confidence in managing complex employment relations matters. 

You’ll Also Bring: 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a generalist P&C role, with depth in at least one specialist area. 
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence across all levels of the business. 
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a proactive mindset. 
  • Experience in using HRIS systems, data analysis, and reporting. 
  • A collaborative, curious, and solutions-focused approach. 
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or a related field.
