About the Role:
Summerset is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of strategic business initiatives that support our growth and optimisation goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple business units
- Manage complex portfolios, budgets, risks, and stakeholder relationships
- Champion change management and continuous improvement
- Mentor and develop project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in clinical, business, or commercial settings
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- A formal project management qualification or equivalent experience
- Expertise in change management and project delivery methodologies
