About the Role
As our Site & Quality Assurance Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of our construction projects by ensuring site quality, compliance, and documentation standards are consistently met. Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll work closely with site teams, contractors, and consultants to coordinate quality assurance activities and provide wider administrative and compliance support across the project.
This role is critical to maintaining confidence that all site works and supporting documentation are completed to agreed standards, statutory requirements, and Summerset best practices.
This role is fixed term for 8 months.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Supporting the development, coordination, and ongoing administration of site quality plans, ensuring QA procedures, standards, and documentation are current, accessible, and compliant.
- Coordinating and assisting with site quality assurance reviews and inspections alongside Project and Site Managers, including identifying, recording, and escalating quality risks, non-compliance, and corrective actions.
- Managing consultant and subcontractor documentation to ensure alignment with site QA systems, contractual requirements, and regulatory obligations.
- Maintaining accurate site records and document control within Aconex, including version control, reporting, and close-out of RFIs, Site Instructions, and QA actions.
- Completing regular quality and compliance reporting, contributing to monthly reports, and ensuring handover and regulatory documentation (including Council approvals and sign-offs) is complete.
- Providing general site administration and health & safety support, including meeting coordination, action tracking, inspections, system entries, and documentation management.
About You
You’ll be an organised and detail-oriented administrator with experience in the construction industry and a strong appreciation for quality, compliance, and documentation control. You’ll bring a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work confidently with a wide range of stakeholders across active construction sites.
You’ll Also Bring:
- A qualification in a construction-related discipline and/or experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience working within the construction industry or site-based environments.
- Strong planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation and systems.
- Strong IT capability, including Microsoft Office and construction systems (e.g. Aconex).
- A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach to work.
