About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to take ownership of the construction and delivery of our retirement village project in Richmond. This is a key leadership role on site, working closely with project leadership, and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
This is a fixed term position for 12 months.
- Lead and coordinate site activities to meet project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Assist in developing and implementing site-specific safety plans.
- Manage deliveries of materials, plant, and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate site documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to resolve issues and drive improvements.
You'll also bring:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Foreman, or similar role.
- Strong technical understanding of construction plans and drawings.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage safety hazards and site compliance.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Projects is a plus.
- Relevant qualifications preferred, but extensive experience will be considered.
