Long service leave

On the completion of five continuous years of service, and every five years thereafter, New Zealand based employees will receive:

• One week of ‘Long Service Leave’ at their ordinary rate of pay
• A Southern Cross medical plan will be offered to employees who work 20 hours per week or more
